ABOUT THE COMMUNITY

We meet through high-quality events and meaningful conversations, with a focus on building genuine relationships, collaboration and long-term business connections.

    1. We are not a traditional, sales-driven networking group.

    • There is no pressure to sell

    • There are no referral quotas

    • There is no “hard pitch” culture

    Instead, we focus on:

    • Building relationships first

    • Supporting each other’s businesses

    • Creating opportunities through trust and collaboration

    Members are encouraged to offer and request services, rather than focus on self-promotion.

  • This community is ideal for:

    • Business owners and founders

    • Freelancers and consultants

    • Remote professionals and digital nomads

    • Creatives and innovators

    • Investors and advisors

    If you value authentic connections and professional collaboration, you will fit well here.

  • No. Many members are seasonal residents or travel regularly.
    As long as Mallorca is part of your business or lifestyle, you are welcome.

  • English is the main language used at events and in communication.
    However, we are an international community and many members also speak Spanish and other languages.

JOINING & MEMBERSHIP

  • Before becoming a member, you are asked to attend two events as a guest.

    This allows:

    • You to experience the group

    • Us to get to know you

    • Both sides to ensure it is a good fit

    After this, you can apply for full membership to continue attending events.

  • Yes. Membership supports the organisation of events, venues and the overall community experience.

  • Annual membership:

    • Solo entrepreneurs: €350

    • Businesses with 2 or more partners: €500

    Prices include IVA and may be subject to change.

    Tax invoices are issued following receipt of payment using the details provided in the application form.

  • Full members receive:

    • Reduced rates for events

    • Exposure on our website

    • Access to priority and exclusive networking events

    • Access to the members-only WhatsApp group

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

    The same applies to event bookings.

EVENTS & NETWORKING

  • Events are held at least twice per month, except during holiday periods.

  • All event registrations must be completed through our website.

  • We host a variety of events, including:

    • Coffee mornings

    • Business lunches

    • Evening networking events

    Events typically last around 2 hours, unless otherwise stated.

  • Events take place in carefully selected, high-quality venues in Palma and surrounding areas, with occasional events in other parts of the island.

  • Yes. Guests are welcome at selected events, particularly if you are considering membership.

  • You may bring a guest to certain events, depending on the format. Some events are reserved for members only.

HOW NETWORKING WORKS

  • Networking is based on:

    • Getting to know people properly

    • Understanding each other’s businesses

    • Finding natural ways to support each other

    Rather than selling, members:

    • Build relationships

    • Offer help

    • Ask for introductions when relevant

  • At some events, members are invited to give a short 60-second introduction covering:

    • What they do

    • Who they help

    • What they are currently looking for

    This is not a sales pitch, but a way to create clarity and connection.

  • No. Attendance is flexible.
    However, regular participation helps you build stronger relationships and get the most value.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

  • Yes. All members and those joining the Facebook community are required to post a short bio about themselves and their business.

    This helps others understand who you are and how they can connect with you.
    For full members, regular updates are encouraged.

  • Yes, in a professional and balanced way.

    We encourage:

    • Sharing value

    • Offering support

    • Asking for recommendations

    We discourage:

    • Hard selling

    • Constant promotion without engagement

  • Yes. We strongly encourage members to support each other’s businesses where appropriate.

    This builds trust and strengthens the community.

  • Yes. Full members have access to a WhatsApp group, used for:

    • Staying connected

    • Sharing opportunities

    • Supporting each other between events

AFTER AN EVENT

  • The real value comes after the event.

    We recommend:

    • Following up with people you met

    • Arranging one-to-one meetings

    • Exploring collaboration opportunities
